SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We process your order for approximately 3-10 days. It takes approximately 10-14 business days for your to receive your order. We provide the tracking number via e-mail. We use free standard shipping.

Once you make the order, please check out your junk mail folder as well to see your confirmation e-mail. Tracking number for your order reflects online after a short while. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer exchanges if the exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. When we receive the shipment, we will issue a store credit for you to purchase the new item. Please e-mail support@marbelleclothing.com to request an exchange. The accessories including Belts, Sunglasses and Earrings are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Country Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.

Remark: The tracking information will become available 3-5 business days after fulfillment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

Marbelle Clothing is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Marbelle Clothing reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

LOST PARCELS

Marbelle Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package never reach you after 90 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders.

If the package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom. If we receive your return package, additional fees will be charged to cover any costs incurred.

DUTIES & TAXES

Marbelle Clothing is not responsible and has no control over customs inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may, unfortunately, delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
