RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items bought on marbelleclothing.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 6 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned.

- If you wish to exchange, please specify the size or color of the product
- Photos of the returning item(s)
- Refund method: store credit or refund to the original payment method.
We will process your return or exchange request within 2 business days. Once it's approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- If the item is returned because it's faulty, not as described, or damaged in the post, the seller has to pay return postage costs.
- However, if the buyers want to return the item for any other reason within 6 days, they have to pay to send it back.
We offer exchanges if the exchange request is made within 6 days of receiving the item. When we receive the shipment, we will issue a store credit for you to purchase the new item. Please e-mail support@marbelleclothing.com to request an exchange.
If you would like to exchange your order, please email us atsupport@marbelleclothing.com.
In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 6 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed, there is a 24h period during which the order can be canceled for any reason.
Country Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship.
